The ladder is composed of eight individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000, 8,000 and 10,000. Directly load 5μl ladder on gel, which will provide 50 ng per DNA fragment with the intensive fragment 4000 bp of 100 ng.
