Taq DNA Polymerase is isolated from E. coli strain containing the cloned Thermu aquaticus DNA Polymerase gene. It can be applied in all PCR for its high purity that not contaminated with exdornase and bacteria genome, well stability and better specificity. The products amplified by this Taq DNA Polymerase can be directly cloned in T-vector because of A base at 3’ end.
